The future effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are unclear but your credit union has taken active steps to ensure the continuity of our operations so we can continue to serve you, our members.

Branch update

In-person banking is available at our headquarters location, the Maiden Choice Lane branch; in fact, we’ve extended our lobby hours on Thursdays and Fridays to 6:00 pm. We also expanded our telephone access for members. Your phone calls are being answered by staff dedicated exclusively to phone service.

At our Maiden Choice location, we are supporting the government-recommended policy of “social distancing.” At times, this may mean limited access inside the branch lobby.

As part of our pandemic planning, our Saint Agnes Hospital and Curtis Bay branch offices are temporarily closed. We have been vigilantly monitoring news and government sources to make informed decisions. Although it is uncertain when this will be feasible, we look forward to the time when we can reopen those branches for our members’ convenience.

Access your accounts anytime

If you’ve never used an ATM card, debit card or CU Online, it’s time to enroll:

Withdraw cash using an ATM card or debit card at 55,000 Allpoint surcharge-free ATMs, many found in convenient stores like Costco, CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens. Use our online Allpoint Locator, to find an Allpoint ATM near you. (Please be aware that it takes seven to ten business days to process and mail an ATM or debit card.)

Not online? Call our Quick Check telephone teller at 855-597-5766: select Option 1.

Use CU Online, our convenient online banking service to stay on top of your accounts. If you haven’t yet enrolled, please complete the enrollment form and return it to the Maiden Choice branch. Or if you’re locked out, use the “Forgot User ID?” or “Forgot password?” links or call 855-597-5766, option 2, during business hours.

Our Mobile Banking app is available for CU Online users; learn more here. And if you have a checking account, enroll in our mobile check deposit service.

Platinum Rewards credit card holders can keep track of their transactions and make their payments online.
